Location
The houses are situated atop a cliff and surrounded by a beautiful pine forest. From this privileged location, you will be able to take in the island’s very best views. The homes are located in the prettiest part of northern Ibiza, just 17 kilometers from the capital and 5 minutes from the beaches of Benirras and San Miguel. Enjoy a tranquil, private, exclusive and protected environment with spectacular views of the sunsets from any room in the houses. You will love it!
Description:
4 double bedrooms inside the house
- 1 main bedroom - 30m2 suite with a canopied, colonial-style double bed, large dressing room with closets and a very spacious bathroom with large shower. Direct access to the pool and patio with sea and sunsets views right from your bed.
- 2 double bedrooms (25m2) with two 1.90 x 1.05 beds, one very spacious bathroom with a large shower in each room. Both bedrooms have direct pool and patio access and complete views of the sea from bed. Large wardrobe in each room.
- 1 double bedroom with trundel bed (2 x 1 each bed) with a full bathroom and direct access to a small patio.
1 individual bungalow separate from the house
- One 45 m2 bedroom-suite with with complete WC, large shower, large closet, amazing views of the sea and sunset from the room's bed or sofa. Access to a private garden from the bedroom. Double canopied bed, small living area with a sofa. This room's charm is that it's set apart from the main house, separated from the rest of the Villa with a small private patio and views of the sea.
Living rooms, kitchen and porches
- Complete living room (110m2) with two 3m sofas, a big central table, TV, DVD, Canal +, sound system, interior dining room with chairs for 10 people. Very spacious. 1 WC for guests off the living room. Very large patio, everything with views of the sea, with a 40m2 porch and an outdoor table for 10 people.
- Fully equipped kitchen (18m2) with dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave and oven, all made of rustproof steel; also includes silverware for a minimum of 10 guests.
Pool and gardens
- Large swimming pool with "waterfall" set on a large, 600m2 patio accompanied by a porch with dining table and 6 hammocks for sunbathing and gardens with spectacular views. A bathhouse for the pool and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
- Views of the sea and sunset from many different angles of the house and views of a pine forest surrounding the house and development.

- Rental - charter boat (10 - 14 meters). Ask for prices

Conditions:
40% of the payment (minimum 2,500 euros) due at the moment of reservation; 100% of the payment due 4 weeks prior to arrival .
2,000 euro deposit: in cash upon delivery of keys or via bank transfer 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Included in the price: cleaning service upon leaving the house (normal conditions).
